Delivery and returns

Shipping Policy

The Products are delivered exclusively in the following geographical areas:

  • Metropolitan France

  • European continent

The Company undertakes to provide all material and human efforts to have the Products delivered as soon as possible. These may vary depending on the geographical area of the Customer, the delivery method chosen or the Product ordered.

If the delivery deadline by 2 is exceeded, except in cases of force majeure, the Customer may request the termination of the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, after having instructed the Company, under the same terms, to make delivery within a reasonable additional time, and if the Company has not performed.

In this case, the Customer will be reimbursed within 72 working hours / 3 days, if a payment has already been made.

In the event that delivery is impossible, due to an error in the address indicated by the Customer, the Company will contact the Customer as soon as possible in order to obtain a new delivery address and any additional delivery costs will be on client fee.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that was indicated when ordering and within the time indicated. These deadlines do not take into account the time taken to prepare the order.

When the Customer orders several products at the same time, these may have different delivery times routed according to the following methods (the weight of the Product, the Order times, etc.).

In the event of late delivery, the Customer has the possibility of resolving the contract under the terms and conditions defined in Article L 216-2 of the Consumer Code. The Seller then reimburses the product and the “one-way” costs under the conditions of the provisions of Articles L216-3 and L241-4 of the Consumer Code. The Seller provides a telephone contact point indicated in the order confirmation email in order to follow up on the order.

The Seller recalls that when the Customer takes physical possession of the products, the risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to him. It is the Customer's responsibility to notify the carrier of any reservations about the delivered product.

Our carriers are:

  •   DB Schenker, Transports Caudron Frères, according to its current delivery times.

  •   Mondial Relay, according to its current delivery times.

Exchanges and refunds

For all Orders made on this Site, the Customer has a right of complaint for 30 days from delivery of the Product. It is his responsibility to check the apparent condition of the Products upon delivery. In the absence of reservations expressly issued upon delivery, the Products are deemed to comply with the Order.

To exercise this right of complaint, the Customer must send to the Company, at the address  DOZEN CERAMIC  CHE DES PLACES ZONE ARTISANALE 41500 SUEVRES , a declaration in which he expresses his reservations and complaints, accompanied by the supporting documents relating thereto (receipt slip countersigned by the carrier, photographs, etc.)

A claim that does not comply with the conditions described above cannot be accepted.

The Company will repair, replace or refund the Product or its components as soon as possible and at its expense, subject to the material possibility of repairing the Product or its availability in stock.
